I kept forgetting to post these! I had my second shower in Pittsburgh on June 8th thanks to FMIL and my two FSILs. They did a great job with the decorations and I loved my cake! I got some great presents too... it was mostly FH's family and alot of my friends from college. I had fun, except for my one bridezilla moment... at one point people were talking and not paying attention to me opening gifts, so I yelled out... 'Well I guess I'll take my break now and eat some cake since NO ONE IS PAYING ATTENTION!' When I came back later to continue, everyone paid attention...
can i just say dave was looking over my shoulder and went - pittsburgh? Someone lives in Pittsburgh?

Aww him and FH would get along great! My FH grew up in Pittsburgh! I think i'm getting the Steelers garter for him...

I got mine at the Steelers store in Monroeville - so it meant that much more to Dave.. :)
One of our many cake toppers was the Stellers, as was Dave's tie & the ring bearer & bubble boy's ties as well...
I also got him a Polamalu jersey grooms' cake with a terrible towel on it!
we had a TON of steelers stuff actually - jeez!

Here's a couple of them. I thought I'd also include a pic of us at the Steelers celebration parade when they won the Superbowl!
OH MY GOD to the e-pics!!!!! Dave just had a heart attack! He was like - do you think we could go back and do some there? I asked where we'd get the photog! :)
I begged him to call in DEAD to work so that we could go to the parade.... We were at Bettis' last game - we go once a year to a game!

If you really want i'll give you our pohotog's info! He did an amazing job! He's located right outside of Pittsburgh... I knew him because my cousin used him for her wedding. So if you ever want to do it, just let me know!

Mmm those Pirmante's Sandwiches are good, I don't like the coldslaw though, I usually tell them to hold it... lol.
The cake was so pretty! FMIL did a great job... (for once! )

ETA: I went to Duquesne University in Pittsburgh... they actually canceled our classes for the day so everyone could go to the parade... I guess they figured no one would be there anyway!
