It Poured on Saturday ( w. pics and mini review)
Even though i had kind of figured it out.. i was still so surprised by so many things. I told the girls i wanted a black and pink.. sex and the city style theme and they really pulled it off!! I know my maid of honor did most of the work.. and she pulled it off!!!!!!! it was amazing!!! i had such a good time..
The shower was at Crabtree's in Floral park.. the food was fabulous.. and the service was great.
My mom got me my cake..and i knew the minute i looked at it that it was done by Cakes by Jay. He did such a phenomenal job.. and it tasted amazing!!!!!!!! I felt so bad.. i did not wanna cut it!!!!!!!!!
My Matron of honor took over the games and prizes and everyone said they were the least bored at my shower than at a lot of others they had been too..lol. The girls wore feather boas and the favors were real glass martini glasses from crate and barrel filled with cosmo flavored jelly beans. She tied them with black polka dot ribbon.. they were so amazing!! We got so many gifts.. i'm still figuring out what to do with them all..although FH has already found a spot for the Deep fryer.. right on the counter and he's deep frying everything he can..lol
I had such a great time.. it flew by so fast!!!

more gifts.. my RB and FG were my helpers all day.. they were so excited seeing the gifts cause they saw all the things auntie krystal could make for them now..lol

as u can see.. i still need to lose 15 lbs..i look like it's my baby shower in this pic cause of my dress..lmaoo..
no..but seriously...besides being all bloated and sweaty.. i was happy..lolol..
my godmother made FH open this one cause she said it was for him...lol
they gave FH the boobs of the cake to take home...ha ha
