It poured on Sunday!

My shower was Sunday - I was so overwhelmed by the people there, I think I was in shock for the first hour. It was a great time, even though I was (and still am) sick as a dog. It was such a wonderful time, I think I'm still glowing from it.

It was at one of my favorite local places in Saratoga - The Ripe Tomato. Lunch was a choice of Chicken Marsala, Salmon Florentine or Yankee Potroast

Here are some pics:

the cake, from my favorite bakery (bella Napoli) - orange is my favorite color, so i was really excited abou the cake

Yaaay! No more mixing by hand! I no longer have to be afraid to make my great-grandmother's oatmeals cookies!

one of my place settings - I got 9 total! I love fiesta ware and chose peacock, heather, tangerine and scarlet
