It poured today!!

Today was my surprise shower at The Victorian Room in Bay Shore. I had it mostly figured out (the cover-up was a surprise birthday party for my neighbor). However! FHs aunt posted on my Facebook this morning 'Have fun today! Wish I could be there!'

The food was great! They had champagne punch, three salads, oatmeal, granola bars, fruit, and a omelet bar!! There were also pastries, bagels, fresh fruit, cream puffs, cannolis, and cookies. The cake was also delicious!!

I was so surprised to see everyone who came. I got lovely and touching gifts. My bridesmaids each gave me a basket themed for a holiday, so now I have loads of decorations and more!!

I couldn't be more overwhelmed, happy, touched, and feel incredibly loved. I have the most incredible bridesmaids, mother, family, and partner. Life is good!

Surpises are great! I know when and where my shower is going to be, but that just means I have something else to look fkrward to!
