And yes I was embarrassed and overwhelmed at the presents as well! I think it's natural.

My shower was at HR Singleton's in Bethpage, and they did such a great job. . .my bridal party did an AMAZING job with everything.
I got so many presents, I almost felt akward as I kept opening them lol - anyone else feel like that?
Overall, everything was great - I'll post pictures as soon as someone sends them to me
YAY congrats i hear you about the gifts. it showered for me on Sat at the Wantagh Inn and it took over 2 hours to open all of the gifts - I felt awkward with 40 people watching me open gifts for half of the shower (ill post pics tonight)

We were going out to lunch for my parents anniversery It was kind of a surprise - I pretty much knew because my brother blew it!
I felt so weird opening all the gifts, I hope I don't feel that weird on my wedding day lol

Yeah, there was something like 50 people there and it took me almost 3 hours to open gifts. I was like - are we done yet? I need a break!!!

congrats! Can't wait for pics! i know exactly what you mean about feeling awkward while opening presents. I was also rushed through opening the presents b/c we were running out of time so I felt bad that I didn't get to give some people the proper thank you they deserved! I'm glad that's over!

congrats!! it is definitely overwhelming opening all those gifts with everyone staring at you!! but its fun playing with them afterwards!!!
