It showered this weekend!!
It showered today!!! It was an AMAZING DAY!!!!
MY MOH (my sister) and my mother threw an AMAZING shower.
I was at my parents house in CT, I was planning on going to Michael's with my mom to get stuff to make my card box and table runner. At 12:45pm 15 minutes before my mom was supposed to be home to go out she calls ans says that she got really ill at the meeting she was at and that I needed to come pick her up because she was vomiting, had diahrhea and was breaking out in hives!!! I freaked out and just threw on jeans and a t-shirt and told FH that he had to drive me to pick up my mom because I had left my car in LI. My mom called back to say please pick up some imodium and benadryl so she could take it right away! So we stopped at Target, where FH decided he had to go to the bathroom and spent 15 minutes in there as I paced the aisles and cursed at him![]()

We drove to a town nearby and we were at a residential street, and stopped at a house that I had NEVER been at!!
I knocked on the door and a woman answered and introduced herself and the minute I walked into the entry way my friends and family popped out and yelled 'surprise' Let me tell you they got me good!!!!!
The day was amazing, my sister did a Tea Party theme which I totally wanted!! My mom cooked all my favorite Spanish dishes!!!
We had champagne punch and played a bunch of different games. She had a vase with homemade paper flowers that everyone wrote their advice for a good marriage on. We did the traditional wedding dress making out of toilet-paper contest. And the last game of the day everyone wrote a wish for FH and I on a little card and put it on a balloon; they were supposed to release the baloons into the air but a few people freaked out about the enviroment so they just gave them to me!! My sister had a cute gift for everyone who won a game (little ceramic dishes) and the shower favors were little matching china tea cups and saucers. They even had my favorite dessert Baklava!!! I have to tell you guys I was totally impressed with what my sister did for me today! She totally went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. She paid so much attention to detail!!! Even with the favors which were matching ceramic tea-cups and saucers!!!
I got so many wonderful things, including ALL of my Al-Clad copper core cookware from WIlliam Sonoma from my In-laws!!!!!!! I never thought I would get all of it!!!!!
