That bridal reflections Massapeuqa is privatley owned so the owner thinks that it is professional to treat her customers like s%$@$%once she gets their money^ wench when I find a way to file a complaint on her and her unprefessional nasty attitude its ON(and i want something done shes horrible)

I can kick myself right now because I had a problem with her before and the manager at carl place told me to call her as soon as my bridesmaid dresses arrived and she will have them transferred right away..AND I DIDNT :( My fault i should of listened but I was trying to make it easier on my girls because massapequa is right between everyone.

I had a huge problem with them once before because they added a girl to my bridal party actually when I had the problem i ended up dealing with the same rude manager - who turned me off that place.. nowwwww all of the dresses are at least 4 sizes to big and falling off of all of my bridesmaids... we were totally fine with it as long as the alterations are done correctly its fine but the NASTY MANAGER COMES IN THERE SCREAMING AT US Because we were complaining about it.. lady your supposed to defuse the situation not come in there and make it worse. everyones dress basically has to be reconstructed because they are soooooo big , falling off of them.. I have a bridesmaid that is a size 14 and the dress they ordered is a size 26.. we dont know about the sizing so we took the opinion of the person who was doing the measuring but clearly we shouldnt of. and instead of being nice about it the STUPID 'store manager' (who clearly should not be working in a retail environment and should not be in any position with authority because she doesn't know how to speak to anyone) comes in there and goes we dont care about your money well give you back your money . she totally made a bad situation into a big mess... and its not nice that we put so much money into that place and she thinks she can talk to people and deal with them like that after the fact.

it turned into a HUGEEEEEEE LOUD HEATED ARGUMENT with the store owner.. she came in there talking about how they conduct business at bridal reflections Trying to come off as if she so proper but yet still she walking into a room with other customers in her store and screaming at a bridal party .. Hellooooo if you do not conduct business in a certain manner then maybe you should carry yourself in a professional manner and not act like your are ready to throw down with a bridal party of 8 girls screaming at the top of your lungs and making a big scene when there are other people walking in and out of your store. Im so angry.. then she goes were ovewhelmed because your bridal party is so big and everyone is here for their fitting at the same time.
Oh ok sorry I didnt know that You guys were unable to accommodate a bridal party of 8 girls thats such a big hugeeeeeeeee accommodation I should of taken my business elsewhere seriously I cant with this lady

I had a bridal party of 8 and where we went had NOOOO Problem with 4 of my girls being there AND me getting our alterations done!!
This is ridic!!! What is going on with the bridal stores lately?!?!?! First Paradise and Danielle's issue and now this!!!!!!!!!
