Theory:
Early Monday morning he drove her car to the the spot where it was left and let the air out of one of the tires.
He then went hom, killed her, put her in the mustang, used her phone to text message himself, put the phone back in her purse, dumped her body, got rid of the purse and went home.
I know it's a theory, but it's probably not too far from the truth, and you know what? He's a sick, demented, disgusting individual if ANY of it is at all true.

Do you (meaning everyone) think this case will or does warrant the death penalty since it was premeditated?

Re: it was confirmed, Leah Walsh's body found
From 1010 WINS...
Sources tell 1010 WINS, police believe William Walsh, 29, strangled his wife Leah, 29, during a heated argument Saturday night and then dumped the body near the Long Island Expressway Sunday.
Walsh pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Thursday. Prosecutors say he gave them a 7 page confession, but his lawyer says it is a 'false confession,' 1010 WINS' Mona Rivera reported.
Police said they believe that William Walsh left her car with a flat tire on the shoulder of the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway Monday morning and then sent himself a text message from his dead wife's phone.
A text message he told 1010 WINS about during an interview at the former couple's home Monday.
'She texted me at 6:25 a.m.,' Walsh told 1010 WINS' reporter Mona Rivera. Rivera then asked Walsh what did the message say. 'Have a good day, love you bunches,' Walsh said.
Walsh made several other tearful pleas to the media to help him find his missing wife, Leah, who never arrived for work Monday morning at her job in Glen Cove.
William Walsh was arrested and charged with his wife's murder Wednesday after authorities confirmed that a body found 50 feet off a Long Island Expressway service road was Leah Walsh.
The cause of the woman's death was under investigation.
Before the discovery of the dead woman, Walsh spoke to reporters outside the couple's Bethpage home.
``I miss her more than anything,'' he said, noting her dedication as a schoolteacher. ``She loves her children. She wouldn't just leave them. Something had to have happened.''
The couple were married for three years and had no children, police said.
The Daily News reported in Wednesday's editions that a close friend of the woman said she was distraught after a ``blowup'' with her husband on Saturday.
Lucas Bean, a college classmate of Leah Walsh's, told the newspaper she said in a text message that ``things are not going to work out with her and her husband, and she had to tell me something very important, but she needed to wait till she got out of the car with him.''
Bean, who lives in Los Angeles, said he never found out what the fight was about. He did not immediately respond to an e-mail and telephone requests from The Associated Press for an interview.
Police said they believe Leah Walsh usually left her home for work between 6:15 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.
At about 6:30 a.m. Monday, a state Department of Transportation worker left a sticker on the side window of her car indicating it had mechanical problems. The doors were locked, and the woman was nowhere in sight.
Later Monday morning, the School for Language and Communication Development, where she worked with autistic children, contacted her mother, Mattie Hirschel, saying she was not at work.
Hirschel then called her husband, Howard Hirschel, a school bus driver who happened to be driving children on the northbound Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway in Bethpage when he noticed his daughter's car, a 2005 black Ford Focus, disabled on the side of the highway.
Instead of calling police, he phoned the missing woman's husband and summoned him to the scene and continued on to deliver the children to their school.
When William Walsh arrived, he called 911, police said. Police helicopters, canine units and officers on horseback searched for hours in the area, which is near the massive Bethpage State Park, but all they found was the woman's purse in a nearby ditch.

Re: it was confirmed, Leah Walsh's body found
It was on the radio that he strangled her on Saturday and then sent texts from her phone to his to fake everything. Apparantly, she was leaving him for cheating on her.
He will ROT in jail and be abused by other prisoners for the rest of his life. Her poor family

No, I think he should stay in jail for the rest of his life and live with what he did to his wife. He should have to think about it everyday and hate himself for it. Let him live in misery.
