It was MY TURN !!!!My BRIDAL SHOWER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Details and Review !!! AND PICTURES !!!

First of all, let me just say WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I may be biased, but I think that was the BEST Bridal Shower I've ever been to !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am still so overwhelmed, and so happy, I can just cry all over again. I was pleased beyond imagine, and everything was PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT.

The shower was held at The Milleridge Inn. We had a pretty room upstairs. This is a beautiful spot for a Bridal Shower. I recommend it 100%. The service was very good. The food was good, although my filet of sole was so-so. The rest of the food I liked. We had champagne punch - excellent. The cake was delicious.
Note: to those having their weddings there, the only thing I would be slightly concerned about was the traffic. They have many events going on at once, and you may want to see how this may or may not affect you.

My Bridal Party did an excellent job. Their creativity was amazing. All the little touches were noticed by all the guests. From the menus, to the candles to everything. The colors were peach and silver (platinum) my wedding colors. The room looked wonderful.
The day was fun. They played games and gave prizes. It was fun seeing the answers my friends and family gave. Ha ha ha !!!!!

I got TONS of gifts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I got everything from lingerie to spa sets, to registry items. Just everything I could imagine. Many of my guests gave me more than one gift. This really surprised me. Everyone was extrememly generous. I couldn't believe it. I was overwhelmed.

A special thanks to Curly and Latina for coming, they were awesome. Gave me WAY TOO MANY gifts, LOL
They also got me my toasting flutes, I was shocked and wanted to beat them for doing that for me. I just want to say I love you both, everything you've done for me means the world to me and I can't believe God has blessed me like this. THANK YOU

God blessed me with an amazing day and an amazing show of LOVE. No matter what has gone on, drama and otherwise, yesterday I had no troubles, I had the perfect day from beginning to end.
My Bridal Party, especially my sisters were a blessing.
My sisters as part of my gift gave me a certificate for
Spa Day at Elizabeth Arden spa the day before my wedding. I can't wait for that !!!!!

Bachelorette Party - was basically just the Bridal Party and me, it was awesome - what a FUN night. I am still hung over, my head is still killing me, but it was oh so worth it

It started off at the Brooklyn Marriot Hotel, what a beautiful hotel with excellent service.
They had music, more food, drinks. My BP was there, my sisters, and just a couple of other real good friends.
We hung out and chilled for about 2 hours. I received more gifts, but sexy ones

After hanging in the hotel for a while, they brought me out and a limo was waiting for us to take us into the city

They used All-Star Limos, and my hats off to All Star for excellent service. They were A+++ all night long.
The driver Mike was excellent. They had not had chamagne in the limo which was requested, so he drove somewhere, and not only bought us the champagne, but bought me ROSES too !!!!!!!!!!!!
He drove us all over the city, and as we got tipsier and tipsier as the night progressed, LOL, dealt with our boisterous behaviour. He was the best limo driver ever.

We went to 2 spots. The first one is the lounge on Houston St. called Madame X. It was so much fun there. We drank, had lemon drop shots, and danced. My BP gave me a list of 20 embarrasing 'Bachelorette Missions' that I had to do 12 of them. So all night long I'm running around doing these missions. All I can say is Champagne and shots give you a lot of bravery

After Madame X's we went to PolyEsthers, this 70's/80's club on W. 4th Street. Oh MY GOSH -- this place gets like 20 thumbs up. They let the whole BP in for half price, and the place was amazing. We had such a good time there, we stayed there for the rest of the night. This was the perfect place to complete the rest of my missions There were quite a few other Bachelorette groups partying there as well, and they looked as if they were having just as great a time as we were !!!!!!

At the end of the night, a drunk group of girls (that would be us) headed back to the Marriot and knocked out. This afternoon I came back home to Len who missed me soooo much, and he took care of my hungover symptoms, LOL

Well, I guess that's the gist of it.
I'm pretty sure I forgot to mention TONS of details for both events, so please feel FREE to ask.


I almost forgot, right at the end of the shower, my surprise guests -- my 2 favorite MEN. LEN and MY BROTHER surprised me, I was ssooooooo happy, they both looked so handsome, and I was sooo proud of them.

wanda - I must admit, I was not that surprised, but I tried not to let on. I had my surprised look on. Let curly and latina tell you if it worked.
I think it did, since I'm such a sap, I totally burst out into tears, and took a while to compose myself

sounds awesome! So glad you had such a nice time! Looking forward to seeing pics and was glad to hear the great review of All Star Limos, as I'm sure you were glad, Liz, to have a 'dry run' through with them! thanks for sharing!
