ITALIAN BRIDES - PLEASE HELP!!!

I am going to send out save the date magnets to Italian relatives in Italy - one per family.

What about First name- Last name e famiglia.

For instance.. my aunt and uncle I would do..

Paulo Casafredda e Famiglia

winterbride is that right? I guess either way is right?!?!

I know that in Italy the women use their madain names so I do not want to offend anyone, so I figured if I use the 'Family last name + Famiglia' it would cover all grounds and not offend anyone.......but I guess from this poll anyway is right?!?!
