Italian Brides...help please!

Can anyone suggest a song for the mother-son dance. I think it would mean alot to my FMIL if FH danced to something Italian with her.

Have you ever heard of 'Portami a ballare'? I googled 'italian mother/son songs' and this one came up. I do not understand italian and cannot find an english translation.

yes however.... even though its about a mother/son going dancing its almost a little to 'lovey' for me... there are nicers mother son relationship songs IMO

Mamma-- by luciano pavorotti is another nice one... and there are plenty of other people who covered the song this is really popular ... its a beautiful song about the devotion for a mother
