Italian Cheesecake Recipe????

Anyone have one that they love and would like to share with me.

oh here we go

I've made this one, but without the pomegranate sauce. Don't forget to drain the ricotta.

Ciao Italia ricotta cheesecake

Enjoy! This one is a keeper in our house!!

This one sounds really good Shelley!!! Thanks!!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to thank you for this great recipe! I made it TWICE this weekend, once for Thanksgiving and then again to go to a firends house for dinner. Both times it was a hit.
The four pomegranets make alot of sauce, I only had to make it once, and it was definitely time consuming, but worth it.

Thanks again!
