Italian Easter Pie Recipe Needed...

It's called 'Easter Pie' - it's quiche-like, made with lots of eggs, cheese and meat!!! Please help me find the most delicious one - not too salty!!!

My VERY Italian in-laws make this every Easter and it is amazing!
MAKES 4 PIES!!!

10 eggs
1 pound ricotta cheese
1 pound mozerella
1/2 pound mild provolone
1/2 pound boiled prosciutto
1/2 pound Genoa salami
1/2 pound pepperoni

Heat the oven to 390 degrees.

Get a HUGE bowl. Chop up the cheese & meat.

mix eggs and ricotta in a separate bowl.

Add egg/ricotta mixture to the chopped ingrediants in the HUGE bowl.

Mix well.

Pour into 4 8 inch pie plates. They use the frozen pie shells and take the extra dough and cut it into strips and lay them across top of pie.

Bake until done. Could be anywhere form 1 hour to 90 minutes.

I hope this helps! Enjoy......they always make 4 pies so I guess just divide the ingrediants for 1 pie....
