Italian Poem Needed

OGGI SPOSI

Solenne la sposa
di bianco vestita,
sale l'altare
ad abbracciar la vita.

È il giorno più bello
e con grazia e splendore
corona, d'incanto,
il suo sogno d'amore!

Sul far della sera
c'è un grande fervore
e un raggio di luna
ne accende l'ardore:

uno sguardo, un sorriso,
una bella canzone
e i più teneri baci
d'intensa passione!

Quel filo d'argento
dal bianco chiarore
tesseva, sornione,
la sua trama d'amore.

Thank You. I don't speak much Italian but the little I get sounds very pretty. If you have any other ideas that would be great as well. I'll look through them with my dad tonight. We are not looking for anything religious but it also doesn't necesarily have to be a poem. We're doing two in English as well and those are excerpts form books (i found them online).
