Italian Songs for Wedding

Ok....my FI and I are both Irish and Italian....we had planned on playing some Irish songs and I totally forgot about some Italian music (my mother pointed this out today) I guess I know more about Irish songs than Italian songs...

What are some good Italian songs for a wedding..Are there traditional songs played??

I would check with the band or DJ, they will know the classics! Also ask your parents what they like?

I think there is a popular dance one called the Tarentella.

I am looking for Italian songs too. my parents are from Ireland and FH's mother is from Ireland. the only one from Italy is FH's dad and we sort of forgot about him when we booked our Irish band for our reception. I have a feeling they're not going to know any Italian songs. hahaha

Yeah I know that one...but honestly my family I feel will know more of the Irish songs (I should say our families) and maybe not know what to do for that one...which is sad...I don't know what to do...but it would be unfair for me to represent one and not the other
