We are going to Italy for our honeymoon (Venice, Tuscany, and Rome).
We'd love any suggestions for good hotels!!
We'd also like some good suggestions for tours, etc. We want to do at least 2-3 days of wine tasting, so any recommendations for tour companies would also be appreciated.
Any other suggestions for things to see / do would be much appreciated!

Re: Italy Honeymoon - Recommendations, Please!
We're basically doing the same honeymoon, but we're also including the Amalfi Coast. I've never been before, but what I've been doing is reviewing Fodor's, Frommer's, TripAdvisor, the New York Times travel section, Forbes, and this site. The one hotel that was suggested to me by a coworker was the Boscolo Aleph in Rome. I think the Boscolo chain in general is supposed to be very nice. The problem we kept running into was whether it was worth it to pay nearly $1,000 for a regular room in the nicest hotels, or a third of that for a great room in a moderate hotel. We love B&B's and staying outside the main touristy areas so we were able to find some great options.
As of now the other places we're staying in are the Oltre il giardino in Venice (it's a B&B outside of San Marco - it's actually in San Polo), and Collelungo in Castellina in Chianti. It's a barn/B&B on a Vineyard about 45 minutes south of Florence, and 20 minutes north of Siena. But I'd hate to recommend them because we're sort of winging it. We've just been doing a lot of internet searches.
Good luck!

Re: Italy Honeymoon - Recommendations, Please!
We just booked 7 days in Rome at the Hotel Savoy, 4 days in Florence at Hotel de la Pace and 3 days in Venice at the Locanda Remedio. We worked with a travel agent through Liberty Travel. She set us up with a day trip from Rome to Pompeii, another from Rome to Naples for the day and one day from Florence to Pisa. Liberty was very helpful and very honest, if she was unsure of something she contacted a fellow agent who knew more about it.
