Italy Tours

Can anyone recommend a good tour company to use for a honeymoon to Italy? This will be our first time there and would like one that includes:
1. nice, clean hotels
2. tours scheduled for parts of the day and then free time to do our own thing
3. maybe one that includes some good restaurants, but we would like to dine on our own some of the time as well

They are a great company! We used them when we visited Rome and Florence.

I would use a travel agent - it doesnt cost any more to book with them. If you need a recommendation, I have someone that we used for all of our trips including Italy. She actually saved us alot of money.
