It's about time.....

So for months I have seen everyone posting that they have been making progress on their wedding planning. Not me. I have put it on the back burner and now, here we are with a little over 4 months till the wedding and I am finally getting things moving.

This weekend:

1. We ordered our wedding bands
2. I picked out and ordered my veil
3. I picked shoes to wear with my dress

PROGRESS!!!!!

I still need to:
1. finalize plans with florist
2. order the invites
3. frame our engagement picture (to sign)
4. finish the card box, placecards, table numbers, etc...
5. Gifts (BP, parents, groom, officiant)
6. Order my soon to be sweatsuit and panties.
7. Order a garter.

A few more weekends like this one and I will be done in no time!!

You just reminded me about the bands!! You're doign really well with planning. I haven't done much DIY stuff either, but I did block the hotel rooms.

When are you sending out your invites? I'm thinking about the 1st week of November.

Hey Danielle-- I was talking about this with Tilde (since she is a week before us) She was saying 1st week of November with a Dec 10th RSVP date. I think that sounds good.
