i havent booked much, just the church, RH, dj, and my photo/video but its already SO much. ive gotten quotes from the florist and limos and we're already close to $27,000.. and thats if only 140 people come to the wedding.. were inviting close to 180 and are PRAYING that after 140 most dont come. thats not including any of the extras like invites, favors, hair and makeup. thats just the vendors.
i cant believe how quickly its adding up.. its insane and i am stressing out WAY to much over the costs. this weather isnt helping my mood that much either.
ughhhhhhhhhhhh i just had to let it out.

when I sit and think about how much this is all going to costs, I ask myself why I didn't go to Vegas and get married LOL
It really does add up, I get nauseous sometimes when I think of all the money we're spending.

tell me about it! when we got engaged my dad was on this 'lets go to punta cana and you guys can get married there' kick. i was like no way dad that will cost so much more. HA! little did i know, now im like.. i should have gone to punta cana and saved $20,000!

it does add up- i agree i am really trying so hrad to stay within initial budget since little extras i wanted were not included

That RH is a killer! If you think about it, minus the food, everything else could probably be done for 10K or less. And it's just food!!

It amazes me how you start out with a budget and you tell yourself you will stick to it no matter what. But, things do start to add up and things get added and it just escalates.

it really does add up so quickly - in the beginning it didnt seem like so much money, but there are soooo many vendors that are great deals when they are separate but once they are due with payments or you tally up how much the day just cost - all i think is we could have ran off and got married on a honeymoon somewhere and put a down payment on a house...
