I need to weep a little about my BIG BOY
He's getting so big, so fast that my head is spinning!

Today, we took him for haircut #2, and this time - he got a BIG BOY cut Not b/c I really wanted to cut it short - but, b/c I am SICK and TIRED of people thinking he is a GIRL! Even the pediatrician thought he was a girl with his back turned the other day.

Then tonight, he ate his dinner from his own BIG BOY plate, using his own BIG BOY spoon! I am really proud of him, but I just cannot believe how fast he's growing up. I miss my BABY!

See, THIS is why people have more than one child...b/c they want a BABY again! If I didn't have such ovulation problems, I'd be pinpointing a date RIGHT NOW when we'd be TTC again

I will post pics of Paul's haircut tomorrow - he's already in his crib for the night. Thanks for listening to my little sob.

I sooooooo know where you're coming from, but don't get me started.

Just know that with every new stage, comes exciting, fun new things. Unfortunately we cannot keep them little, so just enjoy the moment...it's not going to last too long

I am sure I will feel this way next year....but I am glad that he is a healthy, happy Big Boy...trust me, seeing him be able to do things on his own is very special.

Sweetie I'm right there with ya!! Our boys are almost the same age.
My mom said to me the day Geno was born

The best we can do is to enjoy the time we have before there all grown up!!

I can't imagine how hard it is to watch the 'baby' slip away and have the 'big boy' join the family.

Just know that you're doing a GREAT job, and that even if you are sad, Paul ISN'T! (and that's what really matters, right?! )

I don't know how I will deal with this either. The kids that left my day care 2 weeks ago for kindergarten was hard enough and they aren't even mine

why you crying, I hope they are tears of joy, he can't stay little forever, but I understand, that is my aunt's cry. They leave the baby stage too quickly. I think that is why she has 2 kids as well she enjoys the baby stage Can't wait to see the pix

I look forward to the pix. I know it is hard to deal with all the comments since I go through the same thing. Everyone thinks Annalise is a boy since she does not have much hair. I already miss my baby being a 'baby', and she is only 8 months old. She is crawling, pulling up, cruising, and trying to walk away from the furniture on her own. :) Sounds like Paul is a true 'toddler'. I wish you luck with your health so you may have another healthy, beaautiful baby next year.

well I have seen his recent pics and he LOOKS LIKE A BABY BOY TO ME!!!!!

MAYBE he's getting a big boy BODY...but he'll always need his mommy!

......oh and I am dusting you....I don't care if you are ready or not .....
