i'm not up to that stage yet--but how do you do it? do you pencil it in and erase when you want to change someone? is there an easier way?

I actually have a huge piece of paper & I have been putting names on it under tables & then crossing them off the 'main' list! It has not been so bad but there are always a few tables that give you some trouble!!!

well...... it seems that we are done..... my side was a breeze.....it was combining a few of our 'single' tables and 'old married fart' tables that was screwing us up.

we were pretty organized about it......it's just getting men to do something without whining about it.

i finally said, 'we are getting married in less than three weeks, you had a fabulous vegas b party, GET OVER IT'

Then I had a martini!

it is! frank said his is like 99.999 percent complete and we know how many tables we are going to have...so it works out well!
