So, I realized that if we are without power for any length of time, this will be the PERFECT opportunity to get some crafting done!!
I just did a test-run of these and they came out sooooo CUTE! I am making them with ivory organza, blush satin, and a touch of champagne lace, with silver crystals in the center. I made them each between 1 and 2 inches. I will post pics once I have all of them done (I want at least 200... right now I have 10.... LOL)!!! These are a fun craft to do with no power since you need a candle anyway to singe the edges!
Any ideas what I can do with them???? I decided I would figure out their purpose after I make them.... maybe to attach to favors, or napkin rings????
Anyone else have grand DIY plans for a possible week without power??? If so please share!

I love making those! I made a purse out of them... if you do bunches of them together they would make super cute aisle decor! Or maybe you can tie one to each chair for the ceremony?

Ohh I like the idea of using them for something for the ceremony! I haven't done anything for that yet. These that I already did are way too small for that but I could definitely make up a bunch of larger ones. Good idea!!!
I can't wait to make more, I am resisting the urge because I know I will be bored senseless if we lose power lol.

Def - imagine tying one per chair or putting bunches on the aisle seats
