It's finally coming to an end!!!
OKay we gave the commitmant letter to the mortgage all the paperwork is done.... Now e just have to wait to get a closing date from the bank!! This has been such a long and annoying wait. we signed the contracts before thanksgiving!!!!! so we've been waiting 5 months!!! we are almost there!!! we are set to close around april 15th!! i can't wait anymore!!!
and we didn't start packing anything yet in our apartment!! we really have to get moving!! i dont think it should take that long!!
if we close near the 15th, we will have 2 weeks, to paint 3 rooms and carpert 2 rooms, stairs and lay lamnate in the dining room, we agreed to get those done first so we dont have to move heavy furniture again....
although all 3 rooms have problems~~ wallpaper, or paneling! and the bedroom has a yucky drop ceiling!! but it hink they have pretty panels we just might replace them with for now...
