I’m a native New Yorker who lives in Los Angeles and getting married on Long Island next June 2006. I have already taken care of the big stuff (ceremony location, reception site, dress) I still have a bunch of little things that keep popping up (limos, photographer, hair/makeup) and I need to take care of them ASAP. The problem is none of my friends are engaged. My MOH Is my little sister who is finishing up her senior year in college in Washington DC (no help there) and my best friend has been waiting for her ring for about a year (so I feel like I am rubbing it in her face if I ask her to do wedding research for me)
I found this website this weekend and after reading stuff for the past 2 days, I decided I want to join in on the fun.
In addition to sharing great ideas, you girls definitely make me feel like I’m back in NY.
So I just wanted to say hi and let you know I’ll be asking tons of questions in the next 9 months.
