We are now home (Co-Op) owners. We signed the contract tonight and are now the (almost) owners of a two bedroom Co-Op. We have the contract and the mortgage and now we wait to meet with the Co-Op board and then close. I cannot wait. We didn't think this would be happening before the wedding. It was just such a good deal that we couldn't pass it up!
I am sooo happy!!!

I know. That was one of the things I was so happy about. We registered not knowing where we were living. Now we can really customize!

It needs fixing up but that is why we got such a good deal on it. however, my dad is a contractor and will be helping us. We plan to do a little at a time but are hoping to be moved in by February!
