I need To Get Off My @$$ and start getting into shape.... i have less then 6 months to loose 20-25 pounds.. Anyone Live close to Centereach that wants to be my gym partner?????? Or have Any good weight loss tips???

I'm starting at with a personal trainer this month once a week and going to the gym on my own 3x also.. so 4x a week starting on Saturday in Port Jeff Station if u want to come work out with me!
