It's official, we are livin in sin!

Well after two years of dating and four months to go to the wedding, my FH and I have moved into a new place this past weekend.

So far things are great, he just has so much junk!

Any advice???

if he hasnt worn it or seen it in 6 months its ok to throw it out.

Wow you girls are tough! I said if he has not used it or worn it in a year then it should go out! I like the 6 month rule better!

I just can not believe how much junk someone can accumulate over time. And the best part it, he has a storage unit that he is keeping his other 'junk' in!

Take MOST of the closet and the drawers

Take the side of the bed closest to the TV

Brian is quite upset how I have taken over all his closets and more then half the dresser drawers.

He has the armoir and thats it

It sounds like it's time for you to 'help' him clean out. START NOW! Start early or else this will be your problem for life! All humorous exaggeration aside, it's good to start off on the right foot. That's how I started off with DH and cleaning...now he knows how to clean but more importantly, we clean equal amounts! I highly recommend starting that too!

I loved livin in sin. As Jenn said, take most of the closets and drawers. You'll need them.

Talk to him about maybe getting rid of some of the stuff that he hasn't used in a while and doesn't really have a need for.

Or just start throwing some of the stuff out. Chances are he wont realize it for a couple of months and at that point you can probably convince him that he threw it out.
