I thought this day would never come. It has been a battle that's for sure! The banks and everyone are being so strict about things it took us over 3 months to close. I'm so happy though. It hasn't really sunk in yet. The lady moves out Saturday morning and then the place is ours! I'm heading to San Francisco in 15 minutes so I won't be back on until I'm home on Friday. Thank you to everyone for the well wishes! I can't believe I own a home!

Re: It's official!!!!! We're homeowners!!!!!!!!
Congratulations!!
When we moved last year we signed up (I think through the post office when we forwarded our mail) and we got an awesome coupon from Home Depot. Like 15% or 20% off of the entire purchase. You should look for it. I'm sure it will be useful.
