It's starting!!

So three weeks out from the wedding and I just got my first cancellation!! So there's two people who I am now paying for who will not be there! I'm so angry right now because I knew this was going to happen and they had no real excuse!! Thanks for letting me vent!

you can't call your RH and get rid of those 2 people? my final nums aren't due until 10 days before the wedding ....

in the worst case, maybe you could use their meals to get a free upgrade, or feed vendors or something ... good luck!

I gave my final count last weekend and paid in full!! Maybe we could ask for an upgrade on something. It's just so annoying!

I think it happens to the best of us lol well thats the way I looked at it at least-- but honstly dont stress the small stuff its already paid for your not going to make yourself feel better stressing over it!!! Just try and enjoy!!

Def call your RH. That sounds way too early to give them a final count. Mines not due until 6 days before the wedding!

At least they cancelled now, so you have time to make a last minute invite...I had people who nagged for an invite and then never showed!!

Didn't you give a smaller number than replied yes? We gave a number 10 less than we expected so when we had 7 cancellations, we only had to pay for 3 add'l people the day of.
