It's Time To Say Goodbye (for now)

I cannot believe that the time has finally come to get married! I’ve been on LIW since I got engaged in October 2003. Never did I imagine that time would pass by so quickly or that I would have the opportunity to talk, laugh, cry and vent with such wonderful people. I am so grateful to have found this website and to have found each and every one of you!

I want to thank all of you for ALL that you have done for me. You’ve answered my questions at all hours of the day/night to calm my fears, listened to my wedding rants, offered advice when it was very much needed, and shared in my excitement. – this and so much more. Your friendship amazes me…it humbles me and I am grateful for it.

I have loved every step of the planning…even the stressful moments all seem to fade now as I write this. I am so fortunate to be at this point in my life and I am so grateful for it. Rich and I have known each other since the first week of freshman year in college – that was nine wonderful years ago. Most of my memories include this wonderful man. And no matter how sappy or corny it may sound – he is my very best friend and the love of my life. I could not imagine going through this life without him by my side. Somehow I managed to catch is eye - not for a moment but for a lifetime. I cannot wait to marry this man!

When I think back on this I think most clearly of all of you who have helped, guided, advised, laughed and cried with me along the way. I especially want to thank Azoodie, Kimberlybride, Doodles, d&d05, Suezboss, Lori0517, and DMck for all of your amazing friendships. Thank you for everything you have all done - from calming down about shoes to making me laugh to being there to help me with all my projects. I love you all so much!!! You’re friendship means so much to me and you will forever be held in my heart. I count you among family.

To all the wonderful LIW girls - I wish you all a lifetime of love and happiness…of good times and good memories…and a lifetime of friendship. To Attn2details and HappyBride2005…my date twins….I wish you all the very best!!! Diana - Sunny skies for you tomorrow!!! It’s our time!
