It's time to strangle FH

I gave him a list of things to do four months ago. One of the things on the list he was supposed to have done before Thanksgiving. Fine, I gave him extra time, and that item is done. However, there are still TWO items outstanding, and tonight he has the nerve to say to me that we need to 'get on' one of them! Ummm, excuse me, but he has had four months to do it, and now we have to get on it?????????

This of course would be after the mini disagreement we had following our last dance class this evening. (silly, really, about what order to put the steps in, and what steps to repeat). But he forgets that there was a time when I was choreographing dance routines for school plays and competitions.

ARGH!!! Men, can't live with them, can't kill them!!

Ahhh yes...you can't live with them and you cannot kill them...but you can slap them up side the head frequently if you wish!!! Tell Mr. J to get his butt in gear!!!!

We have our 2nd dance lesson tonight...hope we don't end up in fisticuffs

Oh, this is a definite!!! We all have our moments of w/our FH, but we still love them none the less!! Good luck, Darlene and feel free to knock some sense into him!

Awwww Darlene!!! Men in general sometimees don't seem to understand the importance of time with regards to weddings. If it makes you feel any better, FH still hasn't finished picking his part of the wedding party...and the wedding is in less than 6 mos.

Darlene, I give you a lot of credit for giving him 4 items to do! FI had two and failed at both!

Oh, I totally understand how you feel! While my FH tries to help, he's clueless as to how stressful planning is when MOST of it falls on you. I had to pick out his groomsmen gifts because otherwise it wouldn't have gotten done

Ya know, if it was strictly wedding related I would cut him a little slack, after all, he doesn't complain about all the time I spend on LIW (in fact, he thinks it's great and has on more than one occasion told me what a great group of people we've met), he was gung-ho about the registry, he has come willingly to each and every bridal showcase or LIW event I wanted to go to, he went to tons of vendor appointments etc.

However, he was/is in charge of the HM!! To say to me last night that we need to 'get on' hotels is ridiculous!! Months ago, I gave him a handful of websites to check out that had virtual tours of hotels, with pricing info, location info etc. To come to me now about this is insane!! I just want a rodent/bug free hotel with a private bathroom. How tough is that????

Yeah, pretty much ALL my FH had to do was pick a song for he and his mother, we need to know by THURSDAY!! Does he have one yet? NOOOOO!
