owning a home is nothing but WORK. Since we closed every off day I've spent about 10 hours in the house. It eats up your time & money LOL...
cleaning, scrubbing peeling off wallpaper sanding priming painting endless weed pulling carpet cleaning toilet bowl fixing grass watering...LOL...the list never ends

I'm right there with you. Me & Michael have been there everyday after work doing work on our house. Its definately tough....and it has been so HOT! OUr seller left us 3 AC's.....thank GOD!!!!!!!!!!

Please! Since May 22 we have done nothing else. We gave ouselves last Sunday off but other than that we've done nothing else. Our invitations were supposed to go out this weekend, but I have had no time

For the most part the beginning is crazy. We had contractors do the painting and we have a landscaper so now instead of spending time doing some stuff, it's just money. Yeah, another couple thousand here...there..money pit.
I had Home Depot come in and give us a windows estimate

Thank God I'm not the only one! We thought the house was in really good shape, and we haven't taken a break either.

I have been in my house over a year...it never ends.After all the painting and decorating comes all the cleaning and yard work, etc. Something always needs alittle fixing or cleaning etc! Welcome to our world!
