i am over my minimum by 5 people, am still waiting on the stragglers to send their rsvp's in who i have not counted yet but know they are a yes, and have told the people who were NOT invited with a guest even though they put a guest down, that they cannot bring a guest.
I feel bad for 1 person in particular we said no to.
man i feel like such a biotch. oh, and i still haven't heard from from 10 people on my side of the family who i have no way of getting in touch with.
i thought most people came in under their minimums?

I'm hoping for under the minimum too so I feel your pain! A lot of people are giving me cr*p for not inviting them with guests. Our invites have not gone out yet of course but they are driving me CRAZY!
Don't worry you are not alone! I already put my foot down and told FMIL that if anyone has a problem to call me. She's a pushover and she'll say ok to anyone. You're not a nazi, you're just trying to stay in budget...at least that's how I look at it! HAHA!

i'm just so annoyed at the singles that put 2 down! i even got my friend who put 2 down make it 1 by saying there's going to be a hot single guy there

We had to say no to one couple who wanted to bring their 6 month old... We felt like a a$$holes, but in the end if I invited that baby, I would have had 15 other kids.
