i've been bad...real bad!!

Hi guys!!

I'm back from two weeks of vacation! I went on a road trip one week where i was soooooooooo bad ate and drank soooooooooooo much and was stuck in the car most of the week...

Was in mexico last week and ate a lot but was very active...

anyways, i gained 11 lbs in two weeks and i'm pretty upset about it. i gain and lose so easily but i have no regrets. i had fun while it lasted and now it's back to business...

ugh.

You were not bad. You had too much to eat and drink. BIG DIFFERENCE.

Just get back on the wagon.
