I've decided people think my wedding is a back yard bbq because....

Two people are invited....and RSVP for 5!!!! With their 3 adult children. Helllooooo are you crazy??!!! They are an aunt n uncle of my FH that he doesn't even remember...and 3 cousins he doesn't remember meeting either. People have nerve. And he's like they are family let them come. Yes family you don't even KNOW!!!!

And a cousin who we didn't invite her BF(as per FMIL list) and RSVP with him anyway....so now it's just let him come.

What was a point of asking your mom for a list when people just do what they want anyway? Everyone on his side RSVP'd extra if they were invited alone.

Annoying...can't wait to have a final count and be done with the RSVP's! I will def be giving my hall less numbers because I know it'll be his family that doesn't show last min

I know! I feel bad because he really doesn't have a lot of family coming. out of 13 tables 3 are his family. So I feel like fine the extra people can come. But the part that annoys me is the nerve of people. So freakin rude!

FMIL used to do that- she would add FH and I to her invitation. FH had to call every couple and make sure it was ok that we attend their weddings.

And now....we've got only one that has pulled that. We invited 4, and they RSVPed for 5 because the 18 year old wants to bring his GF....SERIOUSLY?!?!? And they are coming from Florida!!!

This is why i had my mom call family and tell them that invites are only for the invited not their children too. Some didn't like it but i can't afford extra guests so they have to suck it up or don't go.
