I've died and went to Burberry heaven!!

So today I was off, and cruised into Roosevelt Field mall for the Burberry hunt....keep in mind I've went EVERWHERE all over the city to find a good color selection in those ties and it's been totally frustrating and impossible.

Until today!! Bloomingdales RF must have got all new colors in b/c I found the groomsmen ties-they're a light silver base with the novacheck pattern-which will go gorgeously with the pewter bridesmaids dresses!! They only had 2 of that color in stock so they ordered 3 more which will be shipped this week. Yes I cleaned them out people.
I also got my twin brother, who is giving me away, a different color called 'claret' which is a deep red color.
And FH will be wearing a super pale pink to match me!! I got that one at the Burberry store in Soho last week.
And I have all the ties laid out next to each other right now and it looks AMAZING.......
No pics b/c I have to keep some surprises for ya!

There's definitely greens that coordinate with sage, I remember seeing 2 different versions. Definitely check both stores.
Bloomies alsi had a really nice pale tan that was lighter than the traditional novacheck tie. That goes with everything.

Ohhh do you have any pictures? I wanted the white one for FH.. and tiffany blue for the bridal party but I dont think they make that.



they do have a light blue one, not tiffany blue but its a lighter blue with some hints of darker blue. If you want i can take a pic of it, dh has it.

Oh yes I would love that, I have not been able to find it


hey sorry i just saw this. I am gonna take a pic tomorrow and upload it then post it for you. Sorry if i saw this earlier i wouldve just done it then.

Actually here, i took a quick of the pale blue and the dark red although looking at it, looks very burgundy but that is dark red i guess lol. Not sure if its the claret color though

Neither does my Fh, I love everything Burberry. Since they dont make it anymore why dont you call the outlets to see if they have them?


lol for us its the opposite, i mean not like i hate it obviously bc i do like it but he is just really into it. I did love his vest and kept saying how much i liked it and then he remembered so got it for christmas. Not matching though lol, he has the beige and i have the black, but thats all i have. So when he told me he was doing this for the wedding i thought it was perfect for him.

i dont know if he has sage hmmm i'd have to check. They do make a green that is pretty light and might go

Hey girls i know this is an older post from about 3 months ago on the 2009 brides, but i am also loving the burberry theme for the guys. My FH and i love the nova check tie in the pink or the purple depending obviously what color i choose for the girls. but question and hopefully someone will say yes, lol. Does anyone know if Burberry makes an extra long tie??? I have one groomsmen who is an ex football player. Yea he is 6'7!

anyone??? ahhhh, i finally find an idea and look that i love and now i am stuck!

Congrats for finding the ties!!!!! and cleaning out Bloomies...good girl!!! I did the same at the Burberry store in Manhattan....As soon as I heard the rumor about them discontinuing the novacheck plaid, i ran to the manhattan store and wiped them out.....pheeew
