I've got a CRUSH on a HOUSE!

I would set your $$ limit and stick to it. I know its heartbreaking - we lost quite a few in bidding wars, but you don't want to overpay and not be able to live comfortably.

We just had the mindset 'what's meant to be will be.' We kept looking and eventually found something better and we got it!!!

theres nothing wrong with being excited (we are in the phase right now waiting to hear)

but Jodi is right...set your price limit...


and know that you will be disappointed...but its ok...b/c another house will come along that you will be excited about (we're on #2 excited!!)
