Ivory Dress/Ivory Shoes

Ivory Dress/Ivory Shoes

For all those with ivory dresses, did you buy ivory shoes or did you get white shoes and have them dyed?

I really want to buy ivory shoes and not go thru the hassle of dyeing shoes. (I hate dyed shoes for some odd reason) But it seems, every pair of shoes I find I like is only carried in white.

For those who dyed, how did it come..any problems?

For those who bought ivory shoes, where did ya get them?

Any pictures?

I am looking for not too high but not too low (2-3 inches). Probably open toe but maybe closed if it is the right shoe. Some kind of sparkle or beads or something. I really liked shamma's shoe post. It comes in white...I would have to dye them.

same problem. i bought whitish shoes - and am having a fitting on the 20th - will see how 'off' they are. I have considered having them dyed a really pale blue....I'll keep you updated!

Here is a suggestion.......Why don't you consider the clear sandle/shoe. I bought a pair for my wedding gown & it looks perfect.

I had an Ivory dress and had my shoes dyed to match the dress, I bought them at Sandy's shoes in MAssapequa on Sunrise Highway. They are wonderful!!!

Good luck to all!!

Here are my shoes (shown in white, but bought in ivory):

I found them for $30 at DSW Shoewarehouse despite the fact they are selling for $120 everywhere else.

I also hate dyeable shoes so I decided to take my chances that they would be a good enough match for my ivory gown. By chance, they were absolutely a perfect match.
