If you have/had an ivory shirt...what did you do for the BP? Our tuxedo place insists only the groom needs to wear ivory, not the rest of the BP. Anyone do that? Can I please see pics? Thanks a million.

all men in our wedding party are wearing ivory shirts... then FH's vest is ovory, the dad's vests are black and all my ushers/groomsmen have burgandy vests but if your FH is going to wear an ivory shirt and the rest of the guys wear a white shirt, i don't think it will look right... exactly why if you're wearing an ivory dress, the groom wears an ivory shirt. all the guys shirts should be the same color.

oh no, FH went today to pick up the tux and they had ordered a white and ivory shirt to let him choose which one he liked better (my dress is ivory). well he liked the ivory and now all the other people in the BP are in white b/c they forgot to put the order in for the other guys, i hope it doesnt look stupid, you guys are geting me scared now

great now i am on the phone with menswearhouse...all the guys in BP are in so many different locations they doint think they can do it!! I an so upset, its going to look so bad!
So they said that its suppose to be my FH is ivory to match me anf the guys in white b/c they have lilac vests and its doesnt look as good , (the white brings it out more) plus they said they reccomennd the grro be slightly different from the other guys in the BP...whatever, its too late now

well FH bought home ivory and white shirts (he such a doll) and honestly the difference is so slight and his ivory vest has a white back anyway, so the boys will end up matching him ok if he chooses the ivory shirt and the BP stays in white...phew what a relief!

The place my FH got his tux from said that all guys should be in the same color shirt. My dress is ivory. FH is wearing ivory...so are all the GM and my step father, who is walking me down the aisle. The difference in color is slight, but you can tell. My FH is also wearing the ivory vest, which looks great and the guys are wearing a graphite vest. SorryI don't have any pics yet!
