Ivory quilted cake boxes and ivory carry boxes

I want to place a cake box on each place setting. I would like for the boxes to be ivory quilted boxes. I will be putting a gold ribbon around the box so i dont want the one that is shaped like a pizza.

I am also looking for ivory boxes for my candy buffet. I would rather not use the chinese boxes. I need you ladies help in finding these items.

Thank you
