I booked with them and have been very happy so far. A co-worker of mine had used them 6 years ago and her mother also used them many years ago, and they said they had great experiences. I've heard some bad things but to be honest, my experience hasn't been bad so far lol.

Yes, my venue recommended them and as soon as I had mentioned them at work, my co-worker was like 'OMG I USED THEM' and she went on and on lol and she said all great things. I had my design session in July, and I'll be looking at the samples in about a month.

They are also recommended by our RH and I don't know whether or not to look into them since i've heard some negative things...but there's pros and cons to everything it seems.

i had a really good experience when I met them...MUCH better than Burtons...hated their whole attitude. Jack was super nice, gave us a good price and had a really nice showroom. I booked them but not sure how it will be the next time b/c I heard from others that their attitude changes after the initial meeting. Hope not!!! They have 2 negative reviews in 36 months on BBB which isnt bad at all so that is a good sign.

Yeah..the way I feel is that everyone has good and bad reviews so you just have to go with who you're comfortable with because everyone has different experiences. When I had my design session, they were still very nice and patient with me - we were there for over an hour and the woman didn't rush me at all. She was very helpful - I was indecisive when it came to certain colors and she showed me firsthand what everything would look like and she gave me her opinion but didn't push it on me, so I left there feeling even more comfortable.

My FH and I also booked with them for our wedding!!! They were really nice to us and gave us a great deal.. The lady who took care of us was very comforting and made me feel that we were going to be well taken care of.

We don't go back till sometime next yr, for our design session...it will probably be during the late summer so we can look over the flowers and so forth!!!

For the most part I think whatever vendor you choose they will have positive and negative feedback. You will have to go with what your feeling during your initial contact with the vendors and just hope for the best.

true. i went to a hair and makeup person for a trial who was highly recommended on here and it wasnt for me...i didnt like it at all, so i guess different opinions are what makes the world go around:)

I booked with them also...and after hearing some of the negative talk on here about them i started to question my decision. So much that i thought of even thought of losing the deposit and just booking with someone else. But obviously thats not realistic so i decided to just go on what positive i have heard from them. Im just going to make sure i make myself clear in what i want and what flowers im looking for and have THAT written into the contract. I dont want any surprises the day of my wedding.

I have my design session tomorrow so i will let u guys know how that went.
