i booked with Jack after our first meeting
it took long, hes a talker, so be prepared, but the fact that i entertained all of his stories n listened n talked too, he threw in so much
and hes VERY creative and has awesome ideas...the only do one wedding a day, so that they make ur flowers FRESH so they arent like in a refrigerator for 2 days before, i loved that
so i give them a thumbs up, good luck and let me know how it goes!!!

I booked with them, but met with Patti and not Jack. I thought she was very helpful and personable during the meeting and I liked a lot of what she showed me. I also loved that I didn't have to choose flowers right away or make specific decisions right away. My only complaint is that there were a few details added into the contract when it was mailed to me after I left my deposit that weren't specifically discussed. Some of that was my fault for not asking specific enough questions. FM me for more details. Overall though I'm happy with the decision to go with them. Just make sure you are specific and get everything in writing.

My FH and I met with them and when we left, we did a ton of research. We almost booked on the spot because his price was so good.
There were girls on here that used them and were very unhappy with them because of things like sending the wrong flowers or dead flowers. I wouldn't use them but that's JMO. One of the news stations did a Shame on You segment on them. When I looked, they had complaints against them with the BBB. We were going to book them and then found all this and said NO WAY! There was a reason that his flowers were like 2k cheaper than other places and I didn't want to find out why. Also, the wedding coordinator that my hall provides, when I mentioned that we met with them, her face lit up like, 'oh no' and she said that they have a terrible reputation.
Yes, he gave us a great price for what we wanted but I didn't think it was worth the anxiety that it would cause me worrying that he would do a good job. Do your research on them. Maybe there are times they do a great job, but I wasn't chancing it - but that's just me!

We are using them.. they are recommended by my hall...i did see that they had a few complaints w/ the BBB - but i feel confident. Patty helped alot with my flower selection - I am not a flower person either...but she suggested and showed me what would work together.. their contract is long and wordy but if you read the whole thing carefully to make sure EVERYTHING is there, there should be no issues...i even called Patty a couple of times because i couldn't find something on the contract and she pointed it out to me... they are also very thoroug and go over EVERYTHING at your final meeting...

I booked with Jack after my first meeting, i loved talking with him and feel very confident in him. I love that you get to go back and do a creative session with them, to get to see your CP's and that they do 1 wedding at a time
