1. J. Crew no longer have bridesmaids dresses at the Rockefeller Center location (it was there when I picked out my dresses in mid-December), only at Prince Street. Annoying.
2. I just found out my cousin will be in NYC for 2 days in March (lives in Florida), I tried to make her an appt. in the evening after work at Prince St. location to try on dresses (she's coming for meetings so obviously can't go in the daytime) and they have NOTHING AVAILABLE!! I mean, you'd think a month in advance for a Tuesday and a Wednesday would be okay......

You should just go with her anyway and explain the situation once your there, if it isn't too out of the way for you. I feel like they are generally accommodating, especially in face to face transactions. Good to know about the Rock. Center store though! Good luck - that is so frustrating!

I think we will just do that if I can't finagle my way to get a real appointment....I was really surprised about the Rockefeller Location though b/c it didn't seem like it was going anywhere! Prince Street is just a bit more inconvenient but oh well---will do what we need to! I didn't realize it would be as hard to get an appointment as Kleinfeld's!

They probably had to change the location of the BM dresses because Rock Center gets SO much tourist traffic - Prince Street is a bit more off the beaten track, I think. Good luck - I hope it works out!!
