i have been trying to call them for 2 days and all i get in every number i have for them (the 800 #, 718 #, 516 # and 631 #) is a busy signal - is anyone else having this problem or is it just my luck????

Yea! I hope they get back to ya!! Jack is so nice..I spoke with him on teh phone forever..hes great..but i wont meet him until august.

we already booked with him but are suposed to call to set up a planning session - i just can't get anyone to set it up!
