Jack & Jill Party

for those of you who do not know........

A Jack and Jill party is a shower for bot the future bride and future groom.

I would love to have one of these because FH loves a party as much as I do.

We have talked about having a Jack & Jill!

Has anyone out there had one?

i definitely wouldn't mind going to one, can be alot of fun. Guys dont normally like going to these things but if you make it fun for the guys i think they'll enjoy. Maybe a big bbq which is a plus for the guys and make it a big fun hangout.

i kind of wanted one but then i thought about it and realized that ive never had a party for myself - my parents didnt have money when we were growing up so ive never had anything for me before....so i decided i want to be the center of attention even if its only for a few hours

We arent having a jack and jill shower but we're having a jack and jill bachelor/bachelorette party...the girls are going to see Naked boys Singing and the guys will go to scores then we are going to meet up at Webster Hall and get a table in VIP and then stay at a hotel.

Would this be for your shower? I think it's a great idea BUT I would avoid any gift-opening! Every guy there would be fast asleep!!

FH and I went to a Jack and Jill party and we had an absolute blast, we partied with everyone and it was great..the only thing was it was a Jack and Jill Baby Shower and the poor mother to be couldn't party with us! FH wants to do this for our Baby Shower as much fun as I had at it i would hate for everyone to be able to party without me! lol

Haaa get out of here! All I remember is FH was dancing his a $$ off on the dance floor I couldn't believe it! We both were like we have to do this! Are you going to do this for your Bridal Shower? They really are so much fun!

A Jack & Jill sounds fun.

I thought of having one, and mentioned it to the FH , but he was adamantly against it....so we're going the traditional route.

I think this is better then just a old fashion BS. Unfortunatly my FH doesn't like the idea, he doesn't even want to come register with me. Oh well more cool stuff for me then.......
