Was it impossible to get in touch with him? I've been calling all week and nobody ever picks up. I need to book my design session with him.

I agree with NYCHICK, fm or keep calling him. Maybe try emailing him. I think when you look at a profile, there's a spot that says email.

he's very difficult to reach because he spends a lot of time with each customer....so if he's with someone, he can't give anyone else his attention.
but he is soooo worth it!

Jack always calls back but sometimes you just have to play phone tag with him. Next time you leave amessage, just tell him that it's the __ time that you called. Good luck.

BrideJune04, we have the same wedding date and florist. :) I would leave him a message. I've done that a few times and he always gets back to me although sometimes not on the same day. You haven't scheduled your design session yet? I don't feel so far behind then. I can't schedule one until the swatch comes in for my bridesmaid dressses. :(
