anyone know anything about this place for a small wedding. i know it's being renovated now but any info would be appreciated.
I'm having my wedding in the hamptons, and my mom lives in East Hampton so that was one of the first places on my list. We opted not to use them because we wanted to have the ceremony and reception at the same place but they were too small to accomodate. It's rather small, but perfect for a small wedding. I know that the reception is outside under a tent. They can also be kind of pricey -I think they quoted me $145 per person, not including tax & service, and that wasn't for a nighttime wedding... If you take a look at Dan's Paper online, he lists some of the best places for a hamptons wedding like Gurney's Inn, Montauk Yacht Club, Southampton Inn (yay!) - Southampton Inn is also very casual, and has a very hamptons feel, but not nearly as expensive...
if that's the case that's way too pricey for me too!
