James Patterson Fans....Question.

James Patterson Fans....Question.

I just started reading his books, and they are really good! I read 2 from the Alex Cross series (but not in order).

How many are there in this series, and what order do they go in?
Also, what other series are there and are they as good?

Re: James Patterson Fans....Question.

there are 9 in the Alex Cross series - in this order
Along Came a Spider
Kiss the Girls
Jack and Jill
Cat and Mouse
Pop Goes the Weasel
Roses Are Red
Violets Are Blue
Four Blind Mice
The Big Bad Wolf

Then there is the Women's Murder Club Series
1st to Die
2nd Chance
3rd Degree (coming out in March)

I believe The Lake House is a follow up to When the Wind Blows

Can you tell I am a fan?

There is a book that you didnt mention. It isnt one of Alex crosses or one of the womans clubs books but I do think it was one of the best James Patterson books that I have read, and i would have to say that book was Jester.

Re: James Patterson Fans....Question.

you are right Scott.

I thought she was just asking about the Alex Cross series and any other series he's written.

He has an inceredibly user-friendly website, that lisits all his books, series, and a whole realted section on Alex Cross.

I am not reading anything right now. And 3rd Degree isn't out for a few weeks. I do have Miracle on the 17th Green at home. Haven't read it yet, but its short enough, but I don't know if I can get into it. Has anyone read it?

OH I just finished Jester too, I thought it was great also! Very interesting story! I really really enjoyed it. I love James Patterson, you can just pick up the book and go through it so quickly. I never want to put them down, I always want to figure out what happens. Of course I never do

Did any of you read ( non thriller ) Suzanne's diary for Nicholas? Did you like the departure from his typical writing? I loved it but it was an 'easy' read and I wish it had more depth but the end was a killer to get through with dry eyes....

I read it but I really didnt like it. I like James pattersons mysteries better, and Jester was also an excellent James Patterson book.

The Beach House was my favorite so far.

I wasn't too crazy about Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas....it seemed to be so repetative.

I just bought 3rd Degree, but haven't read many of his other Alex Cross books. (I just finished one and cannot remember the name of it! It was a new one....)

Will I be able to follow 3rd Degree or do they go in order?

Re: James Patterson Fans....Question.

you need to read 1st to die, 2nd chance and then 3rd degree in order to not be completely lost.
