My photographer Jamie Collins of Norwalk CT is one of the most professional, talented, creative, hardworking yet fun photographers out there.
From experience, my husband and I have been in a dozen weddings and some photographers have been completely unprofessional, make really crude jokes in front of the wedding party and family members or are way too chatty, trying to network and not looking for those special moments, this is not Jamie.
I was lucky enough to be in two wedding parties with Jamie prior to my wedding so I knew she would capture the most amazing pictures, that she will show up on time/work late, that she is dependable and easy to work with, I was lucky to see her albums and pictures first, so I knew when I booked her, I had peace of mind knowing I had one of the best photographers this area has to offer. She creates beautiful albums, very artistic.
Jamie had just given berth prior a few weeks before our wedding however she was still able to do our engagement pics and our wedding... she gave 110%... hiking, climbing; standing on chairs whatever it took to capture the picture... she has amazing energy. She is also willing to travel so for the Long Island brides, she traveled out to Rocky Point for my wedding and Oakdale for our engagement shoot.
Jamie is just someone that you meet that you just know she is good person and truly wants to do the best she can for you on your special day. I have seen her in action during tense moments and she will do whatever she can to help the situation. She is very patient and helps to get everyone to cooperate for those important family portraits etc.
Her studio is wonderful and worth visiting in Norwalk CT,. She may seem a bit expensive but she is worth every penny, some vendors you can not afford to cut corners. With Jamie you can trust her to capture your day .
