Jan 09 brides ideas colors

Ok lets get some ideas going. Is brown a winter color? HELP

Winter: Deep Reds (burgundy), purple or eggplant, chocolate brown, gold, greens (sage)
For Winter wonderland themes: white and blue

I am doing brown with pink as an accent color. I am all that crazy about brown but I think it is a nice warm color and would be great for the winter.

I'm playing tug of war with Brown with Tiff. Blue accents or Tiff. blue with brown accents. The guys are all wearing brown with Tiff. blue. My FH thinks if the girls wear brown the BP has 2 much brown.

I just went to a wedding in Sept where those were the colors and I loved the combination, but I am a brown freak.
